Delivery Policy

All orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours during business days (unless special order or back order) after recieving payment. Some orders that are very large or bulky may take up to 72 hours to be shipped. Orders will be shipped out via Australia Post (or courier, depending on the items ordered or if requested by the customer). Please note this does not apply for purchases made during the weekend or public holidays as Australia Post is closed during these hours.

All orders are sent with tracking numbers. The tracking number is emailed automatically to your email address once the order(s) leaves our warehouse and is scanned into the Australia Post system.

In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Hoddywell Archery reserves the right to cancel any order/s.

As you may be aware Australia Post is currently experiencing a surge in demand for their delivery services. This alongside impacts from COVID-19 may cause some delays in delivery times. More information can be found here.

The below delivery times is a guide reference only. Many of our customers have said that their orders have been delivered sooner than what is stated below.
